How do I pay you?

We take payment through PayPal. Once you contact us at resumes@optimumresumes.net, we will review your résumé, email you with a price and instructions on how to use PayPal to send payment.

How long is the turnaround time? When will I receive my résumé/cover letter?

Once payment is received, the process will take 5-7 business days. Expedited service is 48 hours. In most cases, turnaround time is sooner.

What will happen with my personal information? What about privacy?

Your personal information, such as your address, phone number, and work history is never shared, exchanged, or sold. It is treated as confidential information. Since we use PayPal, all supplied sensitive and credit information is transmitted via secure server.

Do you offer refunds? What about guarantees?

Due to the nature of work, refunds aren't offered. However, we want you to be happy. We will work with you on any revisions you deem necessary. When you are happy, we are satisfied. We want you to land that interview(s).
